Our sixth Repas Amical will take place at the Four Seasons

Dear Members,

We are delighted to announce the sixth ‘Repas Amical’ for 2011, of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Cyprus Chapter, which will take place on Saturday 27th August at the Four Seasons, Limassol.

The theme for the evening will be a BBQ, with freshly grilled meats and fish. Our Conseiller Culinaire Panicos Hadjitofis has prepared an exceptional menu for all tastes. The evening will start at 20:30hrs with a reception of Draught Beer, Rum Karukera Cocktail, Guadeloupe and Sparkling Zinfadel Rosé Beringer, California.

Dinner will commence at 21:00 hrs sharp by the Swimming Pool. The wines and cognac that will be served are Sauvignon Blanc 2008 Beringer California, Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, Columbia Crest Grand Estates, Washington State, Moschatos Riou Patron 2006, Parparoussis, Peloponese and Léopold Gourmel ‘Age du Fruit’ Cognac.

The cost of the evening is €90.00 per person and each member can invite non member guests. Enclosed you will find a form which we would like you to complete and mail together with your payment to: Mrs. Angela Christodoulou at Four Seasons Hotel: P.O.Box 57222, CY-3313 Limassol, not later than 23th August 2011. The dress code for the evening is smart casual, however members must wear their ribbon.

 

Our next event will be a night under the stars at Londa's Caprice on the 23rd of September. Chef Patric Steklmacher serves menu at the pool side overlooking the

Mediterranean. More details will follow in due time.
